Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them by contacting our customer support team.
Once your order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
In case of a successful cancellation, a full refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
Returns & Replacements
Due to the nature of epoxy resin and chemicals, we do not accept returns once the product has been opened or used.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos as proof.
Upon verification, we will offer a replacement or refund as applicable.
Non-Returnable Items
Opened, used, or partially used epoxy resin and hardener.
Products damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or mishandling.
Items purchased during clearance or promotional sales (unless defective).
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after inspection and confirmation.
Refunds will be credited back to your original mode of payment.
